We offer a 2-year warranty on the FromoLux IPL hair removal device, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your device stops working due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, provided the device has been used according to the provided instructions.
What is not covered:

Damage caused by falls, drops, or physical impact.

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the device.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or discoloration).

30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
We want you to love your FromoLux IPL hair removal device. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the device within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is in 100% new condition (unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and components, including the razor, protective glasses, charger, and protective cover).
Return Process:

Package the device securely in its original packaging.

Ship the device back to us using a trackable shipping method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend insuring the package, as FromoLux is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the device to confirm it’s in 100% new condition, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Returns that do not meet the 100% new condition requirement or are received after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us with any questions before returning your device.
