Delivery: Products will be delivered within 5 business days or as agreed with the User. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., courier services).

Return Policy: The User may return the device within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in 100% new condition (unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and components, including the razor, protective glasses, charger, and protective cover).

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization at fromolux@gmail.com or by phone at 026269618.

  2. Package the device securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the device back to us using a trackable shipping method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend insuring the package, as FromoLux is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the device to confirm it’s in 100% new condition, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Returns that do not meet the 100% new condition requirement or are received after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us with any questions before returning your device.

2-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on the FromoLux IPL hair removal device, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If the device stops working due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, provided it has been used according to the provided instructions.

What is not covered:

  • Damage caused by falls, drops, or physical impact.

  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the device.

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or discoloration).

  • Issues resulting from improper storage or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

Absence of Medical Information

Warning: The information on the Website, including descriptions of the FromoLux IPL hair removal device, does not constitute medical or cosmetic advice and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases.

Therefore, the Company shall not be liable for damages, although the product is FDA-approved. The Company provides a warranty on the products themselves as detailed above.
